David T. Aberle is a Principal at Palisades Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Palisades in 2012, David was Chief Financial Officer for a private construction company based in Colorado. Previously, David was a Financial Analyst at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. While there, he focused on large transactions including Enron, US Airways, Solutia and Penn Traffic. He also screened and hired investment managers for a multi-billion dollar long-duration asset/liability matching mandate which were engaged with the goal of reducing the PBGC’s risk profile.
David has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry both in investment management and corporate finance. During his time in investment management, he was a Vice President at Baring Asset Management focusing on High Yield Bonds.
David received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MS in Finance from Boston College. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.
